2. USER PROGRAM TRAINING
The user programs consist of program profiles that
you design yourself. You may increase or decrease
the basis of the profiles during training using the
+/- buttons.
3. PROGRAM PROFILE TRAINING
The resistance (Level) of the program bars is
automatically regulated. You may increase or
decrease the basis of the profiles during training
using the +/- buttons.
The maximum possible adjustment of the basis
has been reached once the highest profile bar has
achieved the top level of 16.
4. TARGET HEART RATE CONTROL TRAINING
(% range and pulse specification (upper limit))
The resistance is automatically adjusted in
accordance with your preset value
DESIGNING YOUR OWN PROGRAMS (USER)
The Park symbol will blink.
Press the Start button to select the user program
or ...
Press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
U = User appears on the display.
Select the User 1 -- 4 using the +/- buttons.
Press the Enter button.
Manual/Program/User/Target Heart Rate
appears at the top edge of the display.
Press the + button and select the User program
Press the Enter button.
The profile created last for the selected User is
displayed.
Now press the Start button to activate the
visible profile or
Press the Enter button to create a new profile.
The profile bar that can be set will blink.
Select the resistance (Level) 1 -- 16 using the
+/- buttons
Press the Enter button to move to the next bar
Set this bar using the +/- buttons again.
After the last bar, the display switches again to
the first bar.
Now press the Start button (not Enter) to
confirm. The program starts using the existing
preset values, for example, for time, distance
and calories.

Press the Stop button again so that values, such
as time may be entered.
Adjust the values using the +/- buttons.
Switch to the next function using the Enter
button, and so on.
Press the Start button to begin training.
QUICK START
A.
Connect the transformer, U = User appears on
the display. Once the console has entered the
Sleep mode and the transformer is plugged in,
ºC is displayed. Press the Enter button

Select the desired User 1 -- 4 using the +/-
buttons.

Press the Enter button. Manual/Program/User/
Target Heart Rate appears at the top edge of
the display.

Select a program using the +/- buttons

Press the Enter button and continue input in
accordance with the selected program.

Press the Enter button.
The time will blink.
Set the time using the +/- buttons.

calories, watts and the upper pulse limit

Start as before and continue as described in item

The profile last used by the previously set User
appears.
Press the Start button to start training using the
existing values or
Press the Enter button again if you wish to
adjust the values, for example, the time.

Start as before and continue as described in item

Select the desired program profile (1 -- 12)
using the +/- buttons.
Select the desired profile using the Enter
button.
Either press the Start button and start training

values such as time, as described before.
