Connecting a 12 V battery (Type lead acid)
A 12 V battery connection cable can be purchased from your local PATURA dealer. Instructions
for connecting a 12 V battery to an energiser are supplied with the connecting cable.
Connecting to an electric fence
The energiser automatically detects whether a 9 V or 12 V battery is connected.
1. P ush earth stake fully into firm ground. If the ground is dry or sandy, performance can be
improved by using a longer earth stake that can be obtained from your fencing supplier.
