26. Preassembly of the window
Right window
Important note: This step describes the assembly of the right-
hand door window (viewed from the outside). Repeat this step for
the assembly of the left window – the left window must be mounted
in inverse arrangement to that of the right-hand window.

26/b – Detail view of window sealing profile (hexagon head
screw M6x20)
Slide a hexagon head screw M6x20 (Item 10) into the guide rail of
the second window sealing profile (Item 4) to approximately 5 to 6
cm from the right-hand edge and fasten with a washer (Item 12)
and hex nut (without flange, Item 10). Fit one screw each to both
ends of the sealing profile.

mately 10 cm from the edges.

28. Fitting the window lock
Note: Fist assemble the complete right window lock, then the left
window lock likewise, however instead of the "right window lever"
fit the "left window lever" (Item 3).

28/b Window lever with window lock
Ensure that the angled end of the window latch points upwards.
Important note: Align the window lever so that in a horizontal po-
sition it strikes with the bottom bracket against the gusset plate be-
tween the two parapet profiles. You can modify the position by
slightly slackening the nut (before fitting the window lever) of the
long hexagon head screw and moving the screw.

Place the window lever on the long screw preassembled in step
26/b in the window sealing profile. Place one washer (Item 8) on
the screw in front of the lever and one behind and secure with a
self-locking nut (Item 7). You must still be able to turn the handle
easily.

Note: If the window does not close correctly or the window lock
catches slightly when the window is opened, undo the screws on
the window hinges and align the height of the window precisely.

29. Fitting the window fastening device
29/a External view (rain gutter)
Perform assembly step twice
Fit the window fastening device to the rain gutter profiles with the
hexagon head screws preassembled in step 4/c, approximately 15
cm from the window.
29/b Using the window fastening device
Note: To hang in the window, push the fastening device slightly up-
wards and let the window engage in the open position. The fasten-
ing device will now prevent the window from closing by itself.

Perform assembly step twice
Place the ridge covers onto the matching counterparts on the ridge
connector and secure from below with two 6.3x22 self-tapping
screws.
Important note:
Once you have finished assembling the greenhouse, check all
nuts, bolts and screws to ensure that they are all securely
tightened. Retighten any that are loose.
