19/a Bottom web panels
The longer side of the h-profile points towards the outside (profile
view).
Assembly note:

4 panels: Perform assembly step eight times
5 panels: Perform assembly step ten times
Important note:
If you have purchased a model with 6 mm web panels, skip step
19/b and continue with assembly step 19/c.

20. Preassembly of the double door
Right door wing (viewed from the outside)

In two door sealing profiles (Item 2) push two screws each to the
center of the guide rail. Preassemble one screw each at the two
ends approximately 5 cm from the edge.

Preassemble one screw in both guide rails on the door center pro-
file (Item 3), approximately 5 cm from the edge. Assemble a further
screw in the top guide trail directly over the hole.
20/c Door hinge strip (Item 1) / hinge strip (Item 6)
Perform assembly step three times

Fasten three hinge blades (1 x in the center, 2 x 10 cm from the
edge) to the "side door profile" (Item 4).

Make sure that the hole in the door center profile points towards
the door rabbet profile on the right.

Fit the top door sealing profile (Item 2) to the side door profiles
(see 20/g).
Slide the web panel from underneath into the guide rails on the
door center profiles until it engages. Fit the door sealing profile at
the bottom.

Left door wing (viewed from the outside)
Assembly note: Repeat steps 20/a to 20/g to assemble the left
door wing. Carry out the assembly of the parts in inverse arrange-
ment to that of the right door wing. The hole in the door center pro-
file must be positioned opposite the hinges on the side door
profiles - the additionally fitted screw is in the top guide rail. In con-
trast to the assembly of the right door hinge, fasten a second side
door profile (Item 4) in place of the rabbet profile and fit a hinge
strip to the center of the door profile.
