Leaving your treestand outside may allow the tubes to fill with water, freeze and cause them to rupture or burst. Inspection of treestand is
required prior to each use. Any part of the of the treestand that has tubes that have deformed shape or burst due to freezing is not covered
under warranty and its use should be discontinued immediately! Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. Replacement
components are supplied at owner's expense.

Using any Summit product, harness, or both, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility that you have read and
understood all warnings and instructions (video and written) for the harness and treestand, and user acknowledges that the
product is intended to be used with a properly worn and adjusted full body harness attached to the tree at all times after leaving
the ground, and further acknowledges that the use of this product without a properly worn and adjusted full body harness
attached to the tree at all times after leaving the ground is a misuse of the product. Any misuse (warned, noted, stated, or
otherwise applied against in all warnings and instructions) of any summit products is sole liability of the user which will relieve

that there is no sign of corroded, frayed, damaged or
broken strands. DO NOT USE IF THE CABLES HAVE
BROKEN OR DAMAGED METAL STRANDS! Call
immediately to order a replacement if this should
occur. Replace all cables after five (5) years or sooner
if any sign of fraying,broken strands, or corrosion.
