Montage :
- Oter le pare chocs (dans le coffre, enlever la garniture plastique intérieure arrière, 4 clips + 2 écrous
plastique, ôter les 6 écrous de fixation), ôter 3x2 clips dans passages de roues, tirer vers l'arrière.
- Sur le pare chocs, désolidariser le renfort alu (clips), ôter les 2 supports amortisseurs (ne seront pas
remontés), puis pratiquer la découpe , suivant les pointillés prévus.
- Sur la partie plastique, réaliser le passage de rotule par découpe (voir croquis).
- Remonter le renfort alu et le pare chocs puis solidariser avec la ferrure d'attelage avec les vis précédemment
démonter au niveau des entretoises.
- Introduire les renforts 0903840 dans les longerons et les solidariser avec ceux-ci à l'aide des boulons
M10 x 30 sans bloquer après avoir positionner les cales d'épaisseurs et les équerres.
- Solidariser l'ensemble pare-chocs / ferrure avec les renforts 0903840 précédemment positionnés.
- Remonter tous les clips de passage de roues, puis bloquer les vis M12x40 (voir tableau de couple de
serrage).
- Remonter la garniture intérieure du coffre.
- Bloquer toute la visserie voir tableau des couples de serrage.
Fittinf of the bar :
- Remove the bumper (in the trunk, remove the rear interior plastic trim, 4 clips + 2 plastic nuts,
remove the six mounting nuts), remove 3x2 clips in wheel arches, pull back.
- On the bumper, separate the aluminum reinforcement (clips), remove the two shock absorbers
supports (will not be used) then practice cutting, following the dotted provided.
- On the plastic part, carry the ball passage by cutting (see sketch).
- Replace the aluminum reinforcement in the bumper and reassemble it all together with the tow
bar with screws previously disassemble.
- Introduce the reinforcements 0903840 in beams and fasten them with the bolts M10 x 30
without locking after positioning the shims thicknesses and brackets.
- Secure the whole bumper and tow bar with reinforcements 0903840 previously positioned.
- Replace all wheel arch clips, and then block the M12x40 screws (see torque table tightening).
- Replace the interior lining in the trunk.
- Tighten all screws according to the torque table.
