The same principles apply for the rectosigmoid or other uses. It is customary to have separate InnerVision Systems for esophageal and rectal uses.
STORAGE
The InnerVision Fiber Optic Cable should be stored in a cool, dry place in temperatures not exceeding 25
an adequate storage environment for the Fiber Optic Cable. Do not tightly coil or kink the cable while storing the InnerVision System.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
Authorization for the return of merchandise must be obtained from Diversatek Healthcare, Inc. Merchandise returned must have all manufacturer's seals
intact and be received within 30 days of invoice to be eligible for credit or replacement. Returned products may be subject to restocking charges.
DIVERSATEK HEALTHCARE WARRANTY
Limited Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer. Diversatek Healthcare warrants to the purchaser that: (a) the InnerVision Transillumination Fiber
Optic Cable will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the time of shipment. Because Diversatek
Healthcare has no control over the conditions of use, patient selections, surgical procedure, post-surgical stresses, or handling of the device after it
leaves our possession, Diversatek Healthcare does not warrant either a good effect, or against an ill effect following its use. Any misuse or mishandling
of the InnerVision Transillumination Fiber Optic Cable will render the foregoing limited warranty void and of no effect. If Diversatek Healthcare
determines that the InnerVision Transillumination Fiber Optic Cable did not comply with the foregoing limited warranty at the time of shipment,
Diversatek Healthcare will replace the nonconforming InnerVision Transillumination Fiber Optic Cable free of charge. The remedy of replacement is the
sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the foregoing limited warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY WILL BE ACTIVATED AND BECOME EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON THE PURCHASER'S COMPLETION AND
SUBMISSION, AND DIVERSATEK HEALTHCARE RECEIPT OF, THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD INCLUDED WITH THE
InnerVision Transillumination Fiber Optic Cable, WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASER'S RECEIPT OF THE InnerVision
Transillumination Fiber Optic Cable.
