The GPRS Receiver Battery is fixed to a plane wall using its case screw holes.
If the GPRS Receiver Battery is of the version with external SMA antenna connector,
the appropriate 868 MHz or 434 MHz antenna with 50 ohm impedance and SMA
coaxial cable connector is to be connected at the end of the installation process.

Replacement of the Battery Pack

To replace the battery pack the GPRS Receiver Battery must be dismounted from
the wall. Afterwards, the case is to be opened and the battery connector must be
pulled off.
The battery pack, including the lower enclosure part, the tightening and the enclosure
screws are replaced completely. Only the upper enclosure part with the printed circuit
board is not changed.
The complete lower enclosure part including the battery pack is then sent in to the
distributor for recycling. For the transport the battery pack must be declared as
dangerous good class 9 due to the lithium batteries. Additionally, the warning sign
shown beneath must be placed on the transportation package:
The complete amount of lithium of the battery pack is below 20 g.
