Diet milk chocolate fountain (2 nd variation)
This variation yields a more homogeneous mass than the 1 st variation.
• Ingredients:
400 gr. diet milk chocolate
Some canola oil or other low-cholesterol or cholesterol-free oil with a high percentage of
polyunsaturated fats
• Bread units: approx. 20 BE (may vary depending on manufacturer)
• Preparation: Melt the chocolate. Then add the canola oil and stir.

- Toast (cut into long strips)

• Various kinds of potatoes. For example:
- Small boiled potatoes, potato wedges, or roasted thyme potatoes

Cheese fountain
• Ingredients:
400 gr. creamy processed cheese
160 ml. whole milk (3.5%)
• Preparation:
Warm the milk in a pot. Stir in the cheese until it is completely melted. Then take the pot off the
heat and allow the mass to rest about 5 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the chocolate fountain.
TIP:
- Use a semi-dry white wine instead of milk
