There are various ways to pre-melt the chocolate:
Melting in the microwave
Preparation time approx. 10 minutes.
• Chop up the chocolate and pre-melt it in a microwavable container max. 2 minutes at 600 W. Then
add the desired amount of oil and stir.
Melting in a pot (directly with oil)
Preparation time approx. 20 minutes.
• Warm the desired amount of oil/fat at low heat in a coated pot (do not use high heat). dd the
chopped chocolate and melt while stirring constantly. The mass must be smooth.
Melting in a double boiler
Preparation time approx. 45 minutes.
• Heat water in a pot (do not boil).
• llow the chopped chocolate to melt in a suitable container on the double boiler. Do not let the
chocolate come in contact with the water.
• s soon as the chocolate has melted completely, add the desired amount of oil/fat and stir with
a spoon.
Melting in the appliance
Preparation time approx. 60-120 minutes.
• Set switch to "HE T/WÄRME" and allow the appliance to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
• dd the chopped chocolate to the tray.
• The chocolate will be melted slowly and gently.
• When the chocolate has completely melted, mix in the required amount of oil with a teaspoon.
Start the spiral screw – Create the fountain effect
1. Set switch to "HE T/WÄRME" and allow the appliance to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
2. dd the prepared mass to the tray.
3. Now switch to "MOTOR & HE T/WÄRME". The spiral screw will start.
4. The chocolate mixture is suctioned up under the tower and is pushed out at the upper end.
