IMPORTANT!
• If the mass is correctly prepared, a continuous flow of the fountain covers the entire tower.
• If the chocolate does not run down the tower evenly, switch the appliance off and allow to
cool down for a while. Then start the appliance again.
• Liquid chocolate can be added at any time during operation.
• For an even flow of the chocolate fountain
- Do not let any pieces of food drop into the chocolate.
- Do not add liquid that is too cold.
• If you are expecting many guests, we recommend keeping a certain amount of chocolate
mass at hand.
5. Skewer the prepared fruit or baked goods on a wooden skewer or fondue fork and hold it in
the flowing chocolate.
Switch Off
• Set switch to "OFF/ US".
• Unplug the appliance (remove power cord).
Cleaning and Care
• lways pull the plug and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
• Remove the tower and the spiral screw from the appliance and let them soak in hot water. Then
wash both parts thoroughly with warm soapy water and allow to dry.
• Use a spoon to remove the remaining chocolate from the tray. Please dispose of liquid chocolate
only in the trash. Do not pour down the drain or toilet, as they may become clogged.
• lternatively, you can store the remaining chocolate in the refrigerator.
• Please clean the tray with a moistened cloth. Then dry it thoroughly.
• Clean the casing only with a dry or slightly moistened cloth. Do not use any abrasive or
aggressive cleaning products.
• Do not immerse the chocolate fountain in water or other liquids. Do not clean the appliance in
the dishwasher.
