rooms with height exceeding 3 meters.

in areas with risks of explosion or with severely dusty air.
The installation of the cassette fan coil must assure:
•
safe use and working; the unit has not to cause any damage or being danger to persons,
objects or animals;
•
a regular air circulation in the room;
•
the air intake and outlet are not obstructed in any way;
•
the respect of the minimum space necessary for installation and maintenance operations;
•
a minimum distance between ceiling and false ceiling of at least 300 mm;
•
a power supply to the condensate pump which is
totally independent from the normal activity of the
unit (unit ON or OFF).
Before proceeding with any operation
of installation and/or maintenance,
make sure that the unit has been
disconnected from the power supply
(Fig.1).

Remove the carton box (C) with the plastic parts (suction/supply grilles and filter), and
leave it in a safe place during the mounting operations, where it cannot be damaged.
Remove the cassette unit by grasping the internal structure; be careful not to grasp the water
connections or plastic parts.

6.2 REMOVING THE UNIT FROM
THE PACKAGING
6.2.1 UCS600, UCS/M 600, UCS/H
600, UCS/HM 600
Transport the unit to the nearest place where it
has to be installed.
Open the shipping carton (Fig.2) by following
the symbols on the carton itself; remove the
polystyrene (A) and the carton box containing
the accessories for the connection to the air
ducts (B).
