• If you temporarily do not use the burner, turn the pilot knob to the „pilot burner" position (Fig. 9).
• When the burner is not longer in operation, close the gas supply by turning the pilot knob clockwise to the
„closed" position (Fig. 8). Attention! When using LPG, before switching off the burner with the

ATTENTION!
Do not move the unit when:
• the unit is connected to a gas cylinder or a gas installation (the kitchen may only be connected/
disconnected from the gas source by a person authorized to provide installation services)
• the surface of the unit is not cooled down
• there are any pots placed on the stove, in the oven or in the cabinet
5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Turn off all burners using the knobs before carrying out any maintenance actions and close the cylinder valve
when using LPG.
Daily maintenance consists in removing all dishes from the unit and washing the stove elements with a cloth
wet in water with a detergent and then wiping them dry with a clean cloth. After completing the work, check
whether the burner elements have been installed properly. The components of the burner must always be dry.
Water particles can inhibit the gas flow and cause the burner to burn badly
Check once a month whether the gas installation of the unit is in good condition (condition of knobs, bur-
ners, gas leak protection, etc.)
The unit must be serviced once a year to check for wear and tear and to detect possible faults on compo-
nents and parts.
If any failure is detected, it must be reported to a specialist technical service for assistance in its removal.
