Cause
1. Holes drilled oversized.
2. Concrete floor not thick
enough.
3. Concrete floor not strong
enough.

Remedy
1. Relocate lift using a new bit to
drill holes. Reference installation
instructions for proper anchoring
method and minimum spacing
requirements.

pour per lift installation instruc-
tions.
