STEP 4:
Attach the front post (9) to main frame (71).
1. Put onto the front post (9) the front post cov-
er (14). Guide the front post (9) to the front post
mounting tube of main frame (71) and connect the
plug of connection cable (13) to the socket of motor
cable (15).
2. Insert the front post (9) to main frame (71) and
secure, using allan head bolts M8x16 (12), spring
washers (6) and washers (5+69). (Attention: Ensure
that the cable loom are not crunched or pinched dur-
ing installation.)
STEP 5:
Attach the handlebar (2) and Computer (1) at hand-
lebar support (9).
1. Guide the computer (1) against the computer
holder at handlebar support (9) and push the plug of
the connecting cable (13) into the associated socket
of the computer (1).
2. Put the computer (1) onto the computer holder
of handlebar support (9), insert the ready cable con-
nection into the tube of handlebar support (9) and
place the pulse cable (72) into direction of handlebar
connection point. Then attach the computer (1) with
the screws (74) without squeezing a cable.
3. Take off the screws (11) from handlebar support
(2) and guide the preassembled handlebar unit (2)
to the handlebar post (9) [Drawing 1]. Connect the
pulse cables (72) with associated socket of the com-
puter (1).
4. Attach the front handlebar cover (4) to the han-
dlebar (2) and screw the handlebar (2) into desired
position at the handlebar post (9) and tighten firmly
with handlebar screw (8), spacer (7), spring washer
(6) and washer (5) [Drawing 2].
5. Plug the front and rear handlebar cover (3+4) to-
gether and attach it with screws (21). Then secure
the handlebar covers (3+4) with screws (11) at han-
dlebar support (9) [Drawing 3].
