Rules for Safe Driving
Teach children safety rules. Before using this vehicle the child should understand the vehicle controls
and safety rules. They must demonstrate the capability to handle the vehicle and operate its controls.
It is the responsibility of the adult to educate the child and supervise the vehicles use. Review all rules
with other children that come over to play. Unsupervised driving by children can lead to serious injury.
Adults must always supervise child when operating this vehicle. Adults should evaluate the area to be
driven in for any obstacle or obstructions that would prevent the child from driving the vehicle safely.
• Always sit on the seat.
• Always wear shoes.
• Only 1 rider.
• Do not allow any child to drive the vehicle in the
street, roadways or near moving vehicles.
• Do not allow any child to drive near bodies of water,
obstructions, or drop offs such as stairs or decks.
• Do not tow or tie items to the handles in the front
of or rear of vehicle.
• Do not allow any child to drive the vehicle in the
dark. Operate the vehicle only in the daytime or
in a well-lit area.
• Do not allow child to drive on sloped or
inclined surface.
• Do not allow child to place anything on or near any
moving parts such as motors, gear boxes, wheels.
• Instruct child to keep hands, feet, loose clothing
and long hair away from the wheels during use.
• Do not operate vehicle when it is on its side or
upside-down.

• Help your child practice steering to learn how all
movements work.
• Ensure children have an understanding of when to
stop the vehicle:
• Both letting off the foot switch and releasing the
control sticks will cause the vehicle to stop.
• Both motors operate independently from one
another and each control stick controls a motor.
• Hi/Low switch cover is designed to lock the speed
in low when the cover is on.
• Set the Hi/Low switch to a speed appropriate for
the riders skill level.
• Do not operate vehicle near flammable vapors
such as gasoline, paint thinner, acetone, etc.
• Keep all flammable product in tightly sealed
containers and away from the vehicle.
• Do not allow a child to operate the vehicle
without direct adult supervision.
• To help prevent the unauthorized use of the
vehicle, disconnect the motor harness from
the battery when not in use.
• Battery life is dependent on the terrain and usage.
• Use vehicle on generally level ground only.
• Use vehicle on grass, asphalt or other similar
surfaces on level ground.
• Do not use vehicle on wet soil, mud or snow.
• Do not allow child to drive up, across or down a
steep slope:
• The vehicle may tilt and tip over.
• The wheels could lose traction.
• The vehicle may gain unsafe speed and not
be able to stop even if the pedal is released
to stop.
• To adjust the Hi/Low switch:
• Remove cover by removing the screw highlighted.
• Select desired speed.
