Turn off the water at the water supply stop or main water supply if the supply stop is not
accessible.
Remove the back cover (not shown) if installed.
Remove the clip securing the water supply hose to the water inlet.
Remove the hose from the water supply inlet.
Use an "L" shaped or needle nose pliers to remove the inlet screen from the water inlet.
Clean all hard water deposits and other material from the inlet screen.
Inspect the inlet screen. If it in good condition, reinstall it. If the screen is worn or damaged, replace
it.
To reinstall the inlet screen, insert the inlet screen into the inlet aligned as shown.
Reinstall the water supply hose and secure using the clip.
Reinstall the cover (if removed).
Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
