SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING
If your fan is not working properly, please check the following table before sending it to a service agent:
Problems
The fan doesn't work when it's
started.
The fan doesn't swing
but has wind.
Humidifier indicator light not
working. No wind, No mist
Himidifier indicator light
illuminate
Having wind
No mist
The mist is smelly
Humidifier indicator light
illuminate
No wind, No mist
The amount of mist is very
small
Evident vibration
Other unusual problems

Possible Reasons
1. The power cord plug is not
connected properly and electric
power is off.
2. The switch is off.
SWING button is off
1. Plug not inserted properly
2. Power switch is turned off
1. No water in the water tank
2. Auto temperature knob isn't
open
3. Tank cover is not well placed
1. New product
2. Whether the water tank
or water is cleaned
Too much water in the tank
1. Transducer is clogged with dirt
2. Dirty water or water has been
too long in the water tank
1. The rear guard is not installed in
a stable fashion.
2. The blade cap is loose.
3. The blade is damaged.
4. The blade is off balance.
1. Smoke appears from the motor
or there is a smell of burning.
2. The metal parts exposed to
electricity or the fan insulation is
damaged.
3. The rear cover of the motor is
damaged.

Solution (s)
1.Whether the plug is inserted into the
socket or connected well.
2. Wheteher switch is "ON"
Whether the Oscillate switch is "ON"
1. Insert the plug properly
2. Switch power "ON"
1. Fill the tank with water
2. Open auto temperature knob by
clockwise
3. Press float cover well
1. Open the water tank for 12 hours in
the cool place
2. Clean the water tank and change
the water
Decrease some water and tighten the
cover
1. Clean the transducer
2. Add clean water
1. Install the rear guard tightly.
2. Tighten the blade cap.
3. Replace the fan blade.
4. Turn the fan blade and reinstall it.

send it to a service agent for repair.
