Empanadas
Ingredients:
1 roll

Preparation:
1. Insert the sandwich plates in the device and let the device preheat.
2. Mix the ground beef, oregano, caraway, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Briefl y sauté the onions and garlic and add the ground beef mixture with the beef
broth and tomato sauce. Mix all ingredients well and let everything simmer on low
heat for 20 minutes.
4. Add the olives and let all ingredients continue to cook until all the liquid has evapo-
rated.
5. Cut the fl uff pastry into four squares of the same size and roll them out. Place two fl uff
pastry squares on the bottom sandwich plate of the device. Fill each pastry pocket
using a small spoon and place the other two fl uff pastry squares so that they cover
the empanadas.
6. Close the device and lock it with the locking latch. Bake your empanadas for about
5 minutes.
7. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to remove the empanadas to prevent damage
to the non-stick coating.
Meatballs
Ingredients:
½ bag

Preparation:
1. Insert the grill plates in the device and let the device preheat.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and shape them into four meatballs.
3. Place two meatballs on the grill and fry them for about 8 – 10 minutes.
4. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to remove the meatballs to prevent damage
to the non-stick coating.
