ATTENTION!
■ Risk of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
1. Unpack all parts and make sure that the scope of delivery is complete (see chapter
"Device overview and scope of delivery") and check for any damages from transport.
If you identify damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact the
customer service department.
2. There may be some production residues stuck to the device. To avoid health risks,
clean the individual plates thoroughly before fi rst use (see chapter "Cleaning and
storage").
3. In order to remove any production residue on the plates with heat, you should turn the
device on and let it operate without contents for a few minutes (but with the plates
inserted!). Follow the instructions the chapters "Inserting and changing the plates"
and "Use". This may produce odour(s) and smoke. This is normal when using the
device for the fi rst time. Then, clean plates again.
