Follow the Removing scale and
Disinfecting the reservoir cleaning
instructions.

Remove and throw away the filter.

Let the inside of the humidifier dry
completely before storing. Do not
store with water in the reservoir.

Store humidifier in a cool, dry
location.
7 Replacing the
filter
Replace the filter every three months for
optimal performance.
Note
•
Use only Philips original wick filter
HU4102.
•
Always unplug the humidifier before you
replace the filter.

Remove the filter and the filter
support from the reservoir (fig. p).

Remove the filter from the filter
support. Discard the used filter
(fig. z).

Remove the packaging material
from the new filter (fig. d).

Assemble the new filter around the
filter support (fig. e).
5
Put the filter and the filter support
back into the reservoir (fig. f).
6
Put the upper unit back onto the
reservoir (fig. h).
