Calories: displays the number of calories burned during
the workout (not medical assessment).
Count: displays the number of steps you make per minute.
-Press the red button to pick one of 4 functions. You will see
a tiny arrow pointing to the selected function on the display.
-To see the results obtained after the workout read carefully
the following procedure:
Reading the results Automatic mode:
•
Press the button one time. SCAN will start blinking. You
will see all results one by one (steps, total steps, minutes,
calories), they will rotate every 4 seconds.
Reading the results Manual mode:
•
To set the function you want to see during the workout,
press the red button several times until the function you
are looking for appears on the display (steps, total steps,
minutes, calories).
NOTE: to reset the display to zero press and hold the red button
for 3 seconds. All results will go back to zero.
-Every time you get on and off the device hold on to stable
support (chair, wall, etc.) so as not to fall down.
-To get on the stepper slowly put one foot in the centre of
the pedal and press the pedal down till it touches the frame;
slowly lift another foot and put it on a second pedal. To get off
the device take the same steps in the reverse order.
-Start doing the workout slowly to hit your stride and get used
to the stepper.
-If you are not very fit, do not force your body and use the
stepper for 5 minutes during the first couple of days. Increase
the workout time as you get fitter and stronger.
-Starting the workout routine
•
Step 1: stand in front of the stepper, lift your left foot and
put it on the left pedal. Press it down till the pedal rests
