Replacing the TEBS E modulator
– Connect the power cable and any 3M cable (if applicable) before you place the
modulator onto the base, because subsequent connection of the cable can
prove difficult.
Use a cable-tie for relieving stress.
– Use a suitable tool or a torque driver (size 19) to install the new modulator on
the valve mount (torque: 85 Nm).
– Mount the brake-, supply- and control-lines as well as the cables in reverse or-
der.
– Always insert new seals in the PEM with the provided grease.
