Before every shift
• Condition of seals
• Function of safety devices
• Empty the dust container
• Condition and function of the drain hose (closed)
• Condition and cleanliness of the filter
Every 200 hours of operation (monthly)
• Vacuum cleaner seal
• Check Suction hose and accessories for cracks and breakage
• Damage to the power cable
• Filter for tears or holes, replace if necessary
• Condition of the float system and free movement
Every 2000 hours of operation (annually)
• Condition of the suction unit
• Inspection by a professional or an authorised service centre
