BEFORE USING THE OVEN FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before using the oven for cooking, the device should turn on "empty" to remove the "new smell" and
any oil remaining from the manufacturing process. Insert the plug into the outlet, turn the thermostat
to "max.", Turn the timer knob to the "20" and leave the power on. Once finish time, remove the
plug from the outlet and wait the appliance to cool before removing the grille. it should be washed in
warm water with liquid detergent for regular dishes, rinse and dry before placing them back in place.
USING THE OVEN
We recommend checking preheat the front grille is properly closed.
Place the oven rack in the guide slot.
Make sure the crumb tray is well lashed.
When the oven reaches the correct temperature, remove the grill and place the pizza directly on it. It
is highly recommended to use a tracing paper to cut pastry as grid to prevent the pizza from sticking
to the grill and the food you can outflow of pizza, like cheese, do not reach the lower resistance.
Re-insert the rack with the pizza as soon as possible trying to lose the lower temperature inside the
oven.
• Follow these instructions:
- Select the desired temperature.
- Select your time.
- Monitor the pizza until crust is cooked, the bottom present a crisp texture, the edge has increased
its volume, the cheese has changed color and has melted and the ingredients on top are lightly
toasted.
- Do not cool the pizza in the oven, cooking alter the mass.
- It is recommended to serve fresh pizza, but if you want to cool before, do it out of the oven, on the
same grid, and trying the grill is not directly in contact with the surface, ie, leaving an air circulation
above and under the pizza, thus avoid the dough moisture alter the texture of it.
- To reheat pizza or part of previously cooked simply turn the oven on high power for 10 minutes,
once off, introduce foods reheated for another 10 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Before cleaning the unit, turn it off, remove the plug from the wall and wait for it to cool.
• To clean the outer surface use a soft cloth slightly moistened with water only. To clean the oven
(grill and inside the cabinet), use a soft damp cloth; Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasives. Do
not place it under running water or immerse in water or in the dishwasher enter. Before using the
appliance, make sure that especially the contacts are completely dry.

To remove crumbs and food debris, place oven upright, remove the metal base of the furnace pulling

position instead.
CAUTION: Before connecting the oven, make sure the crumb tray is securely lashed.
