5.8 Changing the driving rollers

NOTICE
• The driving rollers should be changed whenever the wire type or the wire diameter are changed or
• Change or reverse the driving rollers always in pairs
• Observe the groove geometry and the wire diameter.
If required, the wire must be cut through and then fed in again.

1 Open cover at the ABIDRIVE CW .
2 Fold pressure lever (1) forward.
3 Swing the the pressure rocker (6) open using the pressure rolls (2).
4 Unscrew locking screws (5) from driving rollers (4).
5 Replacing the driving rollers (3) .
6 Screw in locking screws (5) and close pressure rocker (6) .
7 Fold pressure lever (1) upward.
Re-adjust the required contact pressure via the pressure lever (1) .
8 Close the cover.
This completes changing the driving rollers (3) .
