The processor works very quickly. Avoid over-processing foods.
Organize processing tasks to avoid multiple cleanups of the bowl; process dry before wet.
If food piles up on one side of the bowl, stop the processor and redistribute the food using a
spatula.
Do not process foods that are so frozen or hard that the tip of a knife cannot be inserted into the
food.
Processing nuts or other hard foods may scratch the surface finish of the bowl.
Do not overfill the bowl.
Process hot but never boiling liquids.
Remove seeds, core and pips/stones before processing fruits or vegetables.
Do not use the processor to grind coffee beans, bones, grains or hard spices, liquefy fruits and
vegetables, or slice/chop warm meat.
