Once assembled, press the desired button.
Before fitting the lid, you can also fit the small bowl which can be used with the grating disc and small
chopping blade. Fit the small bowl into the large bowl by aligning the three tabs into the notches in the
rim of the large bowl (FIG F). Make sure the largest tab goes into the correct notch otherwise the lid will
not fit.

FEED CHUTE
The feed chute and pushers allow you to add ingredients while the motor is running. The large pusher
must always be at least partially inserted into the feed chute otherwise the motor will not operate.
Use the medium and small pushers to suit the ingredients being processed.
ATTACHMENTS
Dicing Attachment
1.
Fit the large bowl. Place the dicing shaft into the bottom of the dicing attachment and twist it
anticlockwise to lock (FIG G).
Use the finger holes in the attachment to place it onto the drive shaft. Line up the u on the disc

with the t on the handle (FIG H) then press the attachment down as far as it will go.

Holding the dicing blade by the centre, insert the curved edge under the rim of the dicing
attachment (FIG J). Lower the blade down onto the protruding drive shaft. Take care—the blade is
sharp!
4.
Fit and lock the lid.
5.
Place the ingredients into the feed chute.
6.
Press the
button. Do not use any other speed with the dicing attachment.
Use the pusher to press the ingredients down. Press Y / 2 to stop.
7.
After use:
1.
Open the lid , unplug the appliance, and carefully remove the dicing blade. Use the dicing disc
cleaning tool to push any remaining ingredients out of the disc (FIG K).
2.
Use the finger holes in the attachment and pull it straight up and out of the bowl.
3.
Turn the dicing shaft clockwise and remove it from the attachment.

Stop dicing when the bowl is 60% full. Remove and empty the bowl before continuing.

Dice soft foods first then hard. Chill or freeze soft cheese for 30 mins before dicing.
•
Remove the blade before using the cleaning tool.
Slicing Attachment
1.
Fit the large bowl.
2.
Fit the slicing attachment over the drive shaft.
3.
Fit and lock the lid.
4.
Place the ingredients into the feed chute.
5.
Press the
