6,500 lb Retractable Trailer Jack Quick-Stand Extension
OPERATION
WARNING! Do not place blocks under the jack's foot pad. The jack may slide off
the blocks and create a hazard that can seriously injury yourself or a bystander.
CAUTION! Beware of pinch points when operating the jack
quick-stand extension. A trapped finger can be bruised or
crushed. Place hands so they won't be caught when adjusting
the foot or swinging the extension out of the way (Fig. 8).
Swing the jack support down into position:
1.
Rotate the tension pin on the side of the head (Fig. 9-1)
in either direction to unlock the quick-stand and
rotate the foot to the down position.
2.
Rotate the tension pin back to its locked position to
lock the quick-stand in the down position.
3.
The jack is now ready for use.
To stow the quick-stand in its travel (up) position:
1.
Fully retract the jack.
2.
Rotate the tension pin on the side of the head in either direction to unlock
the quick-stand (Fig. 9-1) and raise the foot into the up position (Fig. 5).
3.
Rotate the tension pin back to its locked position to lock the quick-stand in
the up position.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the device with care. A device in good condition is efficient, easier
to control and will have fewer problems.
2.
Inspect the device components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3.
Maintain the device's labels and name plates. These carry important information. If
unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the device. An
improperly repaired device may present a hazard to the user and/or others.
