Determine the cause and eliminate it.

6 EVAPORATOR WITH EXCESSIVE FROST / ICE.

THE DOOR GASKET DOES NOT MAKE A SEAL.

Check the gasket and change if necessary.

DOOR CLOSE SYSTEM FUNCTIONS BADLY.

Check the closure and replace the hinge if necessary.

DEFROST IS NOT COMPLETE.

Check that the frequency, duration, system conform to the
construction spec's, if necessary contact the factory and modify.

DEFROST WATER DRAIN HAS AN INEFFICIENT DRAIN TRAP.

Check that there is a drain trap on the drain pipe before coupling
to the fixed section, modify if necessary.

HOT GOODS OR WITH A HIGH WATER CONTENT ARE
INTRODUCED.

Control the conditions of the goods being introduced.
7 THE COMPRESSOR RARELY STOPS.

FEEBLE REFRIGERANT CHARGE.

Check the refrigerant charge and for any leaks, if necessary
pressurise the circuit the emphasise them, carry out the vacuum
and charging operations.

INEFFICIENT DOOR GASKET.
remedy
Check the state of the door gasket and replace if necessary.
cause 7.3
BROKEN SUCTION VALVE ON THE COMPRESSOR.
remedy
Use a gauge to check the suction pressure and the temperature
of the compressor's crankcase. Replace if necessary.
8 NOISY APPLIANCE.

THE FIXING BOLTS OF THE COMPRESSOR TO THE BASE ARE
LOOSE.
remedy
Check the bolts and tighten if necessary.
cause 8.2
COMPRESSION OR SUCTION LINES VIBRATE.

Check they are fixed properly and if necessary separate them
from nearby pipes that are being knocked.
9 OVERFLOW OF THE SELF-EVAPORATING
