it or connect the plug-in power supply with the mains voltage. This can sometimes take
several hours.
• Do not place any containers with liquid, eg buckets, vases or plants in the immediate
proximity of the product. Liquid could get inside the housing and impair electrical
safety. There is furthermore a high risk of fire or of a life-threatening electric shock.
If this is the case, de-energise the corresponding socket (eg switch off circuit breaker)
and only then pull the power cord from the socket. Afterwards, the product must no
longer be used, bring it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not place any open fire sources such as burning candles on the device or in its
proximity.
• Use the device only in moderate climate regions and not in tropical climate.
• Never touch the power supply, computer, power cord and the mains plug when your
hands are damp or wet. Danger of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Do not disconnect the power supply unit from the mains socket by pulling the cable.
Always disconnect it from the mains socket by taking it at the provided gripping areas.
The same is the case for the connection of the non-heating apparatus.
• Do not bend the cables and do not place objects on them.
• Should the power cord show any damages, do not touch the power cord. First of all,
de-energize the corresponding mains socket (eg via the respective circuit-breaker)
and afterwards carefully pull the mains plug from the socket. Exchange the power cord
with a new one with the same technical specifications. Repair of the damaged power
cord is inadmissible! There is danger due to a life-threatening electric shock!
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It might become a dangerous toy for
children!
• In industrial facilities, the safety regulations laid down by the professional trade
associations for electrical equipment and facilities must be adhered to.
• If the product is used at schools, training facilities, do-it-yourself and hobby workshops
it should not be handled unless supervised by trained, responsible personnel.
