2. Geräteaufstellung
2.1. Plazierung
Der CDE 3000 kann sowohl auf den Boden gestellt,
als auch auf einem Fussgestell (Zubehör) montiert
werden. Bei der Aufstellung sollte darauf geachtet
werden, dass das Gerät in Waage steht.
2.2. Kondenswasserablauf
Auf der rechten Seite des Gerätes befindet sich ein
Ablaufstutzen zum Anschluss eines 3/4" Schlauches
oder einer festen Rohrinstallation, welche zu einem
Ablauf im Boden oder einem Auffangbehälter geführt
wird.
Es ist wichtig, dass der Ablauf vom Aggregat immer
mit Fall verlegt wird, da sonst eventuell die
Kondenswasserwanne im Gerät überlaufen kann.
2.3. Elektrischer Anschluss
Entfernen Sie den Deckel für den elektrischen
Anschluss auf der rechten Seite des Geräte und
schliessen Sie das Stromanschlusskabel an den
Klemmen L1, L2, L3, Null und Erde an.
ACHTUNG: Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse sind nach
den örtlichen Vorschriften vorzunehmen!
2.4. Hygrostatanschluss
Um einen kontrollierten Entfeuchtungsbetrieb zu
gewährleisten ist ein Hygrostat (Zubehör) anzu-
schliessen. Es ist die Brücke zwischen den beiden
Klemmen 4 und 5 zu entfernen und der Hygrostat
anzuschliessen. Es ist darauf zu achten, den
Hygrostaten nicht zu dicht am Entfeuchtungsgerät zu
montieren, damit dieser nicht von der trockenen Luft
des Entfeuchters beeinflusst wird. Ebenfalls sollte der
Hygrostat nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
ausgesetzt werden. Der Hygrostatausgang beträgt
24 V .
2.5. Thermostatanschluss
Die Printplatte des CDE 3000 ist mit einem Thermos-
taten, welcher einen Einstellbereich von 20 -30°C hat,
ausgerüstet. Dieser ist von der Fabrik auf 25°C
eingestellt. Sollte ein externer Thermostat benutzt
werden, so ist dieser an den Klemmen 1,2 und 3
anzuschliessen. Dieser externe Thermostat (24 V)
übersteuert automatisch den werksseitig eingebauten
Thermostaten.
2.6. Externe Steuerung
Es ist möglich den Entfeuchter durch einen externen
Ein/Ausschalter oder eine Zeituhr zu steuern. Diese
externe Steuerung kann an den Klemmen T1 und T2
angeschlossen werden.
2. Installation of the unit
2.1. Positioning
The dehumidifiers type CDE 3000 can be placed on
the floor or be mounted on a foot mounting (Accessory).
When they are placed, be sure that the foundation is
level.
2.2. Condensate outlet
The condensate outflow device is located at the right
hand side of the unit, for connection of a 3/4" drain
hose or a permanent pipe installation which is led to
a floor drain or a container.
It is important that the water hose has a fall away from
the unit, otherwise the water will overflow in the
condensate tray.
2.3. Electrical connection
Remove the service cover panel on the right hand
side of the unit and connect the power supply cable to
the terminals L1, L2, L3 and earth.
Caution: Observe local power supply company
regulations!
2.4. Hygrostat connection
If controlled drying is required, a hygrostat (accessory)
has to be installed. Remove the bridge between the
two terminals marked 4 and 5 and connect the
hygrostat. The hygrostat should be installed as far
away from the unit as possible to ensure the
dehumidifier does not influence the hygrostat with its
dry air. Care should be taken to avoid installation
where it is exposed to direct sunlight. The hygrostat
output is 24 V .
2.5. Thermostat connection
The printed circuit board of the CDE 3000 is fitted with
a thermostat with an adjusting range of 20 - 30 °C. It
is factory pre-set at 25 °C. If an external thermostat is
to be used, it should be connected to the terminals 1,
2 and 3. An externally mounted thermostat (24 V) will
automatically over-ride the factory-mounted
thermostat.
2.6. External control
It is possible to control the unit by an external ON/OFF
switch or a timer. The external control is connected to
the terminals T1 and T2.
