3. MODEL IDENTIFICATION
Model, Series and chassis number are the tractor identification data given on a
special metal plate n.6 fig.1.
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 LIGHT SWITCH
See Fig.2 (n.1 fig.1).
P = Parking lights
0 = Off.
1 = Parking lights.
2 = Low beams.
3 = High beams (not for on-road use).
Push: horn.
4.2 IGNITION SWITCH
See Fig.3 (n.2 fig.1) and refer to the engine Instruction manual.
0 = No circuit live.
1 = Instruments and indicators lit.
2 = Start engine.
Before starting the engine, check to make sure that the gear lever (n.12 fig.1)
and the PTO lever (n.13 fig.1) are in neutral. Push in the clutch pedal (n.17 fig.
1), to close the start enable switch, turn the ignition key to "1" and the indicators
on the instrument panel will be switched on. Turn the key to "2" to start the
engine
Once the engine has caught, release the key and it will automatically return to
position "1". Check all the instruments and indicators.
4.3 STOPPING THE ENGINE
Push the throttle (n.5 fig.1) forward to its minimum level and turn the ignition key
to "O" (Fig. 3)
Apply (pull) the parking brake n.8 fig.1.
WARNING: The steering action of the power steering system will be
reduced if the engine accidentally stops. Depress the main brake to
allow the machine to come to a full stop.
