● Unscrew radiator protection tube retainer (9) and threaded union (7).
● Insert the quartz glass tube (5), ensuring that it engages with the
12 lower guide in the irradiation chamber.
● Slide the O-ring (6) from the bag of accesories onto the quartz glass

tube. Screw on the threaded union (7).
● While doing so lift the quartz glass tube approximately 1 mm, then

tighten the union securely with the special wrench from the bag of
7
accessories. Make sure that the O-Ring is seated correctly.
● Thighten quartz glass tube fixation (9) with rubber disc (8) by hand.
Do not thighten firmly!
● Insert the radiator (10) and connect it to the plug (11) of the blue cap
(12). Ensure that the plug is correctly seated.
● Screw on the blue protective cap (12) and secure it with two grub
screws.
● Caution! Danger of injury! Never pressurize the unit without retainer
(9) in place!

● Unscrew and remove the locking screw (7) with the rubber disc (8).
● Slide the O-ring (6) from the bag of accessories about 40 mm onto

the upper end of the quartz glass tube (5).
● Insert the quartz glass tube (5), ensuring that it engages with the
lower guide in the irradiation chamber.

● Tighten the tensioning screw (7) and support ring (8) hand-tight (with
a small gap between the tensioning screw and the cover of the UV
unit).

● Insert the radiator (10) and connect it to the plug (11) of the blue cap
(12). Ensure that the plug is correctly seated.
● Screw on the blue protective cap (12) and secure it with two grub
6 screws.
● Caution: for saftey reasons, the UV radiators may be switched on

only within the unit and with the blue protective cap (12) fitted.
