5. Short operating instructions

NOTE
Detailed instructions for the following activities can be found in the relevant
sections of these instructions for use.
Strictly follow the sequence of the following activities during first time use,
to prevent damage to the device.
WARNING
With any action you take you should pay attention to the safety notes in the
corresponding paragraphs.

1. Connect the Power Station GX to the mains supply for recharging

2. Connect the device to the Power Station GX
3. Operate the Power Station GX with other power supply units

6.Prepare the Power Station GX for use

6.1 Connect the Power Station GX to the mains supply for recharging
WARNING
Follow the safety notes at the beginning of these operating instructions
Attach / remove the powerpack to / from the Power Station.
• Always take the device out of its transport bag before taking into service,
assembly or repair measures.
• On the Power Station open all powerpack holding clips by pressing on the
middle of the clips and pulling them down.
• Pull the upper device unit off the powerpack by the handle.
• Carefully plug the upper device onto another powerpack, until powerpack
and device click into place.
• Close all powerpack holding clips by clicking the clips on the upper device
unit into place.
