Inspections and Maintenance
Unplug before any maintenance, adjustment and
cleaning. Unplug, having finished the work.
Sander Belt Replacement (Fig. 5, 9, 10 and 11)
Fig. 9:
Unscrew the marked screws and remove lower cover,
protection back plate and the stop.
Fig. 10:
Remove the abrasive belt and replace it with a new one.
Stretch the sander belt, pushing the tension lever in the
opposite direction as far as to the stop.
Fig. 11:
The sander belt track may be set up using the setting screw.
To do that, switch the unit on and turn the setting screw until
the sander belt runs centred in relation to the shaft.
Fig. 5:
The unit will switch on by pressing button (I). Pressing button
(0), it will switch off.
