Conformity with Standards
The magnetic switch MS16 and small thermostat
ST16 meet the requirements of IEC 60079-0,
IEC 60079-1 and IEC 60079-31. They were
developed, manufactured and tested in accor-
dance with ISO 9001:2015.

Permissible ambient temperatures
The explosionproof magnetic switch MS16 and
small thermostats ST16 have been designed for
an ambient temperature of –20 °C to 40 °C
(standard) or –60 °C to 75 °C (on request).

The generally recognized rules of engineer-
