11. ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE SETTING
BELLA is programmed by G3 FERRARI with standard parameters and it is sold it is ready for

use. The special function "SETTING", anyway, permits you to improve the performances of the
coffee machine according to the type of coffee you're using. The setting should be done the first
time it is used and each time you change type of coffee.

BELLA is programmed in our laboratories to deliver an excellent Italian coffee, strong or weak.

You can however weaken or strengthen the coffee.
11.1 Weakening or strengthening the coffee
a) Place two cups under the coffee spout and press the strong coffee button

c) When the coffee in the cup is enough, stop the coffee delivery by pressing the on / off button.
The quantity of coffee which has been delivered will be momorized by BELLA.
By modifying the one coffee delivery, you will automatically modify also the two coffees delivery.
11.2 How to modify the coffee temperature
You can modify the coffee temperature from a minimum of about 86°C to a maximum of about
96°C.

2. HOW TO OPERATE BELLA
Put the unit on a flat and dry worktop, far from heat sources.
2.1 Water filling.
The unit must be switched off and unplugged.

Lift the cover of the water tank ( A ).

Take out the tank by using the specially provided handle.

Fill the tank with cold water, or if you prefer with mineral water (WITHOUT gas).

Reinsert the tank and push it gently so that it is well set. (FIG. A)

Lower the handle and close the tank with the cover.
Do not fill the water tank with mineral water with gas, milk or other liquid.
The water tank is equipped with an anti-drip device.
2.2 Coffee beans filling.

Lift the cover of the coffee beans container (E)

Put the coffee beans into the coffee beans container.

Close the container with the cover.
2.3 Connection.

Check that the rated voltage of the unit matches your local voltage.

Plug the unit in, by using the specially provided power cord.
