Battery
The equipment is fitted with a lithium-ion battery.
The battery pack is completely closed and maintenance free.

The battery pack is equipped with a pushbutton for checking the charge level.
Simply press the pushbutton (Figure 8/Item B) to read off the battery level from
the LEDs: All 3 level monitoring LEDs are lit (Figure 8/Item A):
Battery charge level is high. (C>80%). 2 level monitoring LEDs are lit: Battery
charge level is decreasing. Stop work as soon as possible. (50%<C<80%) . 1 level
monitoring LED is lit: Battery is flat. Stop work IMMEDIATELY and charge the
battery. Otherwise the battery's service life will be greatly shortened. (5%<C<50%)
RED monitoring LED is lit (figure 8/item C): The battery capacity is extra low or
the battery has been over-discharged. In that case, the battery could be damaged.
STOP work and charge the battery immediately.
Warning! DO NOT let this case happen frequently.
Charging the battery (Figure 9-11)

Open the battery cover (3) by pressing the lug on the side of the compartment
and swinging up the cover.

Pull the battery up and out of the battery compartment.

Check that your mains voltage is the same as that marked on the rating plate of
the battery charger.
