AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES AND GUARANTEE
This product was manufactured using the latest production
techniques and has undergone thorough quality control in-
spection.
We guarantee that the product is in perfect condition.
We will remedy all defects in workmanship or materials
within the guarantee period. The prerequisite for receiving
the guarantee is that all claims must be accompanied by
proof of purchase from Tchibo or from an authorised SAECO
distribution partner.
If, contrary to expectations, a defect is found, please contact
our Cafissimo Service Team at cafissimo-service@tchibo.ch
Our customer consultants will be pleased to advise you on
the procedure to be followed.
If need be, please fill in the service form which you will find
on the last page of this user manual together with a copy of
your proof of purchase and the thoroughly packed product
and forward it to the address given by the Cafissimo Service
Team.
Not covered by the guarantee:
• damages after improper use or use different from what is
described in the user manual
• damaged mechanical parts / damages after modifica-
tions to the appliance
• damages after unauthorised repairs
• damages due to failure to clean / descale
• worn parts and consumables
GUARANTEE
We grant a 40-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
Repairs that are not covered by the guarantee can also be
carried out at cost price by the Cafissimo Service Centre. Do
not hesitate to contact us!
Of course, the Cafissimo Service Team also provides you with
replacement parts and consumables for your Cafissimo.
Please note that this guarantee does not restrict statutory
warranty rights.
