General

Before using the vac attachment, read the MS360/360G
operator's manual carefully.
The vac attachment is optimized for solid concrete block
with maximum lengt 10" and height 5".
The vac attachment is not intended for cutting in Porous
(e.g. LECA) or hollow materials.
When disconnected from the vac, the vac attachment can
be left mounted on the equipment while transported.
Mount the vac attachment on the
equipment
1 Remove slurry on cart before assembling vac
attachment to cart
2 Fit the vac attachment in the two holes
NOTE! If the holes does not exist, drill holes manually
following seperate directions. See "Drilling instructions"
in this manual.
3 Mount the cart track cover

Set and use the vac attachment

Before starting
1 Make sure that the blade is centered in the slot before
start cutting. If not, adjust the cutter head according to
the operator´s manual for the saw.
2 Check blade depth before cutting. Blade should not
interfere with cart track cover.
3 If needed, the side plates can be adjusted sidewise by
losing the screws on part 160.
4 Adjust the sliding part to the length of the material.
5 Attach the vacuum hose.
6 Set plunge cut or fix the head to defined cutting depth.
During cutting
1 Cut according to instructions in the operator´s manual
for MS360/MS360 G.
2 Dust and debris can collect in the vac attachment. It
can be needed to vacuum the inside of the
attachment.
3 When cutting short material, enter the blade in the
brick with an angle that aims the dust into the vac.
After cutting
1 Vacuum the attachment free from dust.

Maintenance and service

• Replace rubber sealings if damaged.
• Replace cart track cover if damaged.
