Do not move or operate unit where
it could tip.
Do not move unit with extraction
arm extended or unit may tip.
Do not move unit by pulling on ex-
traction arm or equipment may tip.
Use handle on fume extractor to
move unit.
Do not use this equipment to sup-
port personnel, large tools, or oth-
er material.
Do not use the fume extraction
equipment unless you are sure it is

correctly assembled and working
properly.

Insert the stub end of the collection hose into
the connection port. Be sure the hose is se-
curely installed.
Connect optional nozzle to other end of col-
lection hose.
Verify all eight latches are closed and pro-
vide a secure attachment.
Lock caster brackets to keep fume extractor
in desired location.
Connect power cord to power supply. A 115
volt AC, 15 amp individual branch circuit pro-
tected by time delay fuses or circuit breaker
is required.
Set Air Flow control at level 6 before
starting unit. After unit starts, reduce
air flow to desired level (see Section 6-
1).
Select 12 AWG extension cord for distances
up to 50 ft (15 m) or 10 AWG extension cord
for distances up 100 ft (30 m).
