Setting The Control Panel Board, 512 RIDE-ON
If the control board is replaced, make sure the dip switches are set according to the type of machine being used.

SW1 (ON) = 12 V machine power supply
•
SW2 (ON) = GEL batteries
•
SW3 (ON) = "RIDE-ON" version

Appears when there is a fault in the relay controlling the brush. Turn off the brush motor
then turn on again. If the message does not disappear, the relay may be disconnected or the
control element on the board may be faulty.
Appears when there is a fault in the relay controlling the suction. Turn off the suction motor
then turn on again. If the message does not disappear, the relay may be disconnected or the
control element on the board may be faulty.
Appears when the general solenoid switch is faulty. Turn the machine off then on again.
If the message does not disappear, the solenoid switch may be faulty disconnected or
disconnected, or the control element on the board may be faulty.
