No display, the appliance does
not react.
Warning:
Switch off the appliance before cleaning,
pull the power plug, and let the appliance
cool down.
1. Wipe the outside of the appliance
with a damp cloth. Clean the cooking
container in warm dishwater. Soak
burnt food before cleaning. Dry all parts
thoroughly.
2. The cooking container can be cleaned
in a dishwasher. However, the natural
product BIO-LON ceramic is sus-
ceptible to strongly acidic detergents.
It loses its non-stick property with
increasing number of cleanings in a
dishwasher. We recommend manual
cleaning. After cleaning, wipe the coat-
ing lightly with cooking oil.
3. The sous-vide rack, the steaming insert,
and the lid of the cooking container can
be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Cause
The temperature sensor re-
acts wrongly or is damaged.
Cause not clear.
