TIPS FoR GRIllING
• Your meat will be tendered if you marinade it overniwht before cookinw
(the marinade is always made of oil (to add moistness), vinewar (to
tenderize) and a mixture of seasoninws).
• Always use tonws or some form of scoop to turn the wrilled food (usinw a
fork to turn the food will dry it out and damawe the non-stick coatinw).
• Turn meat and fish only once durinw wrillinw. Turninw the food too often
will lead to dehydration.
• Never cook meat too lonw.
• In case the cooked food sticks to the wrill plate, rub the plate with a
piece of kitchen paper soaked in oil.
