1. Read these instructions carefully before using the machine!
In order to have a reasonable degree of protection against injuries it is IMPORTANT to
follow the safety instructions.
■
This equipment should only be used to attach blind rivet nuts, given as UNIT CAPACITY.
For other purposes such as hammering etc. it cannot be used.
■
This equipment should always operate with compressed air supply in the range of
5 ~ 7 bar.
■
INTERRUPT the compressed air supply before changing parts of the equipment, as e.g.
the mandrel, etc.
■
NEVER USE the equipment in the below described environments: Fuel and combustion
air, rapidly rising temperature, humidity, rain, water, storm and lightning.
■
If the unit is hooked onto the operating hook make sure that there is no risk of it falling
down.
■
When using the device, always wear safety goggles, safety gloves, safety helmet and
other necessary protective equipment.
We highly recommend for safety reasons:

Only use genuine spare parts for repairs.
■
The repair must be performed by qualified personnel. In case of doubt send the
equipment back to the supplier

4. BEFORE BEGINNING
Please look at the ENLARGED VIEW OF THE DEVICE and the PARTS LIST in this manual
to gain a good understanding of the unit parts described. The descriptions of the unit parts
in this manual appear in numbers. The position of the part numbers correspond to the
representation on the enlarged drawing.

This pneumatic device should be operated with compressed air. It is recommended to
use an air hose with a diameter of more than 8mm.
■
Please check whether the air pressure is within the specified range between 0,5 Mpa and
0,7 Mpa and get the air hose adapter connected to the adapter of the device (47). The air
adapter has different sizes in different countries and regions. Usually the devices are
equipped as standard with the correct size. Should this not be the case in your
individual situation, please contact the supplier of the equipment.
