Press the clips as shown in the profile views 22/e,
22/f and 22/g into the notches on the aluminum
profiles provided for this purpose until the panels are
secure. Fit the clip on the roof strut last.
Tip: Tap the clips gently with the supplied assembly
tool and a rubber mallet to secure them. A second
person should press against the aluminum profile
from the inside during the assembly process.

Fit the two external panel elements as described
under section 22/a. Repeat this step for the middle
panel elements, but use one 600 x 312 mm (Item 10)
panel each instead of the triangular shaped panels
and secure these with a straight connecting profile
(Item 5).

Refer to the instructions in section 22. Always use a
safety stepladder when installing the clips on the
roof, and also take great care to ensure that the
stepladder has a secure footing.
25/a: Ensure that the longer side of the h-profile
points towards the outside of the PVC panel.

25/b: Fit the pre-assembled PVC panels onto the
roof with the h-profile facing downwards between the
side struts. The h-profile will engage on the rain
gutter profile.

supplied assembly tool and a rubber mallet to secure

profiles are completely seated on the h-profiles.

26/b: Push one bolt into the two guide rails on the
door center profile with hole (Item 2) approximately 5
cm from the right and left edges.
Please note that an additional bolt is required for the
top guide rail on the side with the hole.
26/d: Fasten three hinge blades to the side door
profile (Item 4). Fit one hinge blade to the center of
the profile. The other two hinge blades must be fitted
approximately 10 cm from the right and left edges.
Make sure that the hinge blades are inserted in the
way shown in the profile diagram.

Secure the door center profile to the door profile side
with pre-assembled hinge blades. Then fasten the
rabbet profile to the other end of the door center
profile. Make sure that the hole in the door center
profile points towards the rabbet profile - and that the
additional bolt is in the top guide rail.

plastic web panel at the top half of the door for better
illumination of your equipment shed. For this reason
both versions are supplied. The web panels may be
