28/n: Take special care to ensure that the shorter
door latch (842 mm) is attached to the left rivet and
points upwards.
Important: The angled ends of the door latch must
point upwards.
28/o: Now plug the handle on the pre-assembled bolt
in the door center profile of the left door wing.
PAGE 106
Note:
If the door does not close correctly or the rods catch
slightly when the door is opened, undo the bolts on
the door hinges and align the height of the door
wings precisely.
PAGE 107
Assembly of the door hook
The door hook is designed to prevent the door from
closing by itself.
Note: If the hook is the wrong way round after
assembly (the hook points upwards), you can take it
out of the support plate and then attach it again the
other way round. Simply bend the eyelet open using
suitable pliers for this purpose.
29/a: Fit the two door hooks to the corner profiles on
the outside. Mount the door hooks at the same
height of approximately 91 cm.

30: Fitting the tool racks
Notes on using the lozenge-headed bolts
If you find that the lozenge-headed bolts cannot be
turned without difficulty in the guide rail, it may be
necessary to undo the nuts, turn the bolts into the
correct position and retighten the nuts.
Note: When fitting the tool racks, please make sure
that you insert the racks as described in the relevant
assembly previews. The took racks are designed to
serve as an additional reinforcement of the shed.
They can be used as fitting areas for tool holders or
similar.

Note:
The four 615 mm long tool racks are fitted to the rear
wall only. Do not fit tool racks to the front wall.
Attach the tool racks to the edge profiles of the roof,
side and rear wall. Slide a lozenge-headed bolt into
the guide rail of the edge profile. Fasten the tool rail
and a holder to the tool rack using a nut.
Make sure that the guide rail of the tool rack faces
towards the inside of the shed.
Note: After assembly, the wind bracing elements are
in front of the tool racks.

At the middle side struts or roof struts, two tool racks
are placed end to end and fastened with a holder.
Note: After assembly, the wind bracing elements are
in front of the tool racks.
