Do not remove or deface the DANGER, WARNING, CAUTION or INSTRUCTION decals.
Replace any missing or illegible decals. If one or more decals have been detached
or damaged, replacements can be obtained from your nearest CORGHI dealer.
- Observe the unified industrial accident prevention regulations relating to high volt-
ages and rotating machinery whenever the machine is in use or being serviced.
- Unauthorised alterations or changes to the equipment relieve the constructor of
all liability for any consequent damage or accidents. Specifically, tampering with or
removal of the machine safety devices is a breach of the work safety regulations.
Keep unauthorised persons away from the working area (Fig. 8).
Before performing any service operations on the hydraulic system, position the ma-
chine in the resting mode (Fig. 6) with the turntable arm lowered and the turntable
completely closed.

TYRE CHANGER DESCRIPTION

The HD1300 is an electro-hydraulically operated tyre changer, with exclusive technolo-
gies patented by CORGHI S.p.A.
It works on any type of integral wheels (drop centre and with a side ring) with the maximum
dimensions and weights indicated in the TECHNICAL DATA paragraph.
The machine is solidly constructed and has relatively reduced dimensions in comparison
to its operative capacity. It holds the wheel in a vertical position and is activated by the
operator by means of a special radio control.

ACCESSORIES INCLUDED

- Bead guide lever
The bead guide lever guides and maintains the tyre in the rim well.
- Rim pliers
The locking grip, when fixed firmly to the rim edge prior to mounting, makes it easier
to lift the tyre, insert it into the rim well and keep it in position.
- Side ring lever
The side ring lever makes it easier to remove the side ring from its rim.
