Weinmann reserves the right to decide whether to eliminate
defects, to deliver a defect-free item or to reduce the purchase
price by a reasonable amount.
If Weinmann rejects a claim against the warranty, it assumes no
expense for transport between customer and manufacturer.
Implied warranty claims remain unaffected by these changes.
